Its core platform and flagship application, KakaoTalk, is created by Kakao Corp. Former NHN Corporation CEO Kim Bum-soo launched it as Kakao Inc. in 2006. (the organization that merged from Hangame and Naver.com). Manson Yeo and Sean Joh are the current co-CEOs of Kakao Corp., which has its headquarters in Seoul, South Korea. Everybody's Marble, Cookie Run, and Anipang were three of the top 10 Android games in the world in August 2013 and were connected to the KakaoTalk platform. KakaoTalk is used by 93% of Korean internet users, and the "national" games Ani Pang and Dragon Flight, which can only be played using a Kakao Talk account, are available for free download. Google's Android Market identified Kakao Corp.
